I’m sorry you’re going through this. That kind of thing sucks, and I get it. I’ve been there too. It’s rough when things don’t go as planned, and it’s okay to feel all kinds of emotions right now.

Breakups are challenging, demanding situations, really) can hit hard. It’s normal to feel sad, confused, or even angry. Just know that healing takes time, and there’s no right or wrong way to go through it. Let yourself feel whatever comes up — don’t bottle it up. If you’re sad, be sad. If you’re mad, be mad. Let it all out because that’s part of moving forward.

At the same time, try to take care of yourself. Do things that make you feel good, even if small — hanging out with friends, walking, binge-watching your favorite show. Talking to someone you trust can help, either a friend, family member, or therapist, to vent to makes a huge difference. You don’t have to go through this alone.

If talking to people makes things more challenging, Set the boundaries you need to protect your peace. Try shifting your focus back to yourself when you’re ready. This could be a chance to dive into personal goals, try new things, or rediscover what makes you happy.

Be kind to yourself. Healing isn’t a straight path, but you’ll get there. And if things feel too heavy, reaching out for extra support is always a good move. You got this.
